To every single person who was part of our 10th Anniversary Inter-House Sports Competition at Samson Sia-Sia Stadium, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

What we experienced that day was more than a sporting event. It was a celebration of everything Best Breed International Academy has become over the past ten years. And it would not have been possible without you.

To our Chairman of Occasion, Hon. Daniel Igali, Commissioner for Sports and Youths Development, thank you for your inspiring presence and for championing the development of our young athletes. To our Royal Father of the Day, HRM King Bubaraye Dakolo, Agada IV, Ibenanaowei of Ekpetiama Kingdom and Chairman of the Bayelsa State Traditional Rulers Council, your blessing over the event carried a weight that we do not take for granted. To Hon. Bulodisiye Ndiwari, thank you for your unwavering support of education and youth development in our community. To Mr. Diepreye Abaye Leghemo, Founder of the DAL Foundation, thank you for believing in the power of investing in children and for standing with Best Breed. And to our PTA Chairman, Mr. Kingsley Ugochukwu, and his Vice Chairman, thank you for being the bridge between our school and our families. Your support means the world to this school and to every child in it.

To our parents and guardians, many of you travelled from outside Yenagoa just to be there. You rearranged schedules, took time off work, and showed up with everything you had. Your children saw you in those stands. They heard you cheering their names. And I promise you that moment meant more to them than any medal ever could. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for believing in your children and in this school.

To our incredible staff, the Sports Director, house coordinators, logistics team, medical team, officials, judges, and every single person who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, that event ran the way it did because of you. You gave your time, your energy, and your hearts. This school does not work without you. Thank you.

And to our students competing across all houses, you filled that stadium with a kind of energy that words cannot fully capture. You competed with fire. You cheered for each other. You showed sportsmanship, resilience, and the spirit that makes Best Breed what it is. Whether you won a medal or not, know this: every one of you made us proud that day.

Ten years ago, Best Breed International Academy was a dream and a prayer. We started with a handful of students and a vision that felt bigger than what we could see in front of us. A vision to raise children who are excellent not just in academics, but in character, in discipline, and in spirit. Ten years later, we stood in a national stadium and watched that vision come alive through the very children we prayed over.

God has been faithful. He has been faithful in the small beginnings. He has been faithful in the difficult seasons. He has been faithful in the growth, in the breakthroughs, and in every milestone, including this one. Every child on that field, every parent in those stands, every staff member who gave their best. All of it is evidence of His grace. And we give Him all the glory.

The Bible says, "You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden." - Matthew 5:14

That is what I saw at Samson Sia-Sia Stadium. I saw the light of Best Breed shining for everyone to see. And I believe with everything in me that this light will only grow brighter.
